Shipment tracking

Once the goods have been handed over to the service provider, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can then track the shipment on the service provider's website.

For technical reasons, a status query is not always possible immediately after the shipment has been handed over.

Information on calculating the delivery date

The delivery period begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting credit institution, or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract, and ends on the last day of the period.

If the last day of the deadline falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take its place.

You will receive an order confirmation from us via email with all payment details. As soon as we receive your payment, we will ship your order.

The transfer should be made within 14 days, otherwise we will automatically cancel your order.

If you have a PayPal account, you can pay conveniently and securely via PayPal in our online shop. We do not charge any additional fees for this.

Purchase on account is only possible upon request.
