Cancellation policy
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Luhs Research (Reichel & Schubert GbR), of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs; you will have to bear the return delivery costs yourself in the event of cancellation.
The refund of the amount paid for the order will be issued to you no later than fourteen days from the day on which the goods arrived at our premises.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Used and damaged goods that are not returned in their original packaging are excluded from the right of withdrawal (except for the packaging material used to send the goods to you).
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
